SEND REFERENCES, DESCRIPTIONS, and any other pertinent info (playlists, Pinterest boards !!!, stick man figure approximations of the pose or weapon design, you name it!) to this email: oliibombcontact@gmail.com PLEASE INCLUDE your name and order number somewhere in the email.
If I receive an order but no email within 2 weeks of purchasing, a refund will be issued. I check my email daily, but if I for some reason don’t respond within a few days, feel free to send another one!
After payment is complete and the information is sent to my email, I will start the preliminary thumbnail sketches. These will be a couple of very, very quick and loose sketches to test out different poses or compositions and figure out which you like best. This will be completed within 1 week of the purchase date.
After I receive feedback, I will produce a first sketch. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this step. After the first sketch is sent, revisions will be made.
The final steps are color confirmation and then rendering. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks after the sketch is revised and confirmed for the final product to be delivered.
This commission option does NOT include a token - if you’d like to commission a token with or without a custom border, it’s available as another custom art option in my shop!
If your character has an especially complicated design, or a companion animal or pet you’d like to be included, please choose the option from the “Add” dropdown. This changes the price. If you do not choose the add options but include a companion or complex prop in the description, your character’s companion or prop will not be included in the final piece.
After completion, the illustration will be delivered to you via the email you sent the references to, unless otherwise specified. It will be in a high-resolution (300ppi) PNG format.
** NO AI is ever used in the process. These are made by me, Jesse, either on an IPad using Procreate, or a PC and Huion tablet using Photoshop.
