Commission Terms of Service

This page lists my standard rates for personal commissions. These are not commercial rates. If you’re interested in working together in a professional capacity, please email me at jesseoliverburger@gmail.com. For personal commission and customer service

Payment for personal commissions is done through paypal invoicing.

The commissioner is NOT permitted to sell or resell the commissioned art or designs, mint NFTs of my art, or use my art in, or in the training of, Generative AI models.

I hold all licenses and copyrights to personal commissions, and am free to post WIPs and the finished project on all social media. If you want to be tagged/credited in the post, or would rather keep the commission private, just let me know sometime during the process!

I allow up to 3 free revisions during the sketching and coloring stage, but after I charge $18 hourly per revision. Notes during the thumbnailing phase does not count as a revision.

If you decide to cancel your commission before I start any work, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, the kill fees will be as follows: Preliminary Stage 20%, Post Sketch 50%, Coloring Phase or later - No refund can be issued at this point, and the commission will be completed and delivered.

    VTT Tokens

    Simple portrait token for a virtual tabletop such as Roll20.

    Token: $12

    Custom made border: +$15

  • Other Options

    (These commission options typically have a shorter turnaround rate.)

    Simple Lined Full body with Flat Colors (No Shading): $50
    Simple TTRPG Party (3+ chars, lined with flat colors): $50 for the
    first character +$30 for each additional character.

    Simple Pokémon Party (Lined, Flat colors): $50 for each trainer +$20 for each pokemon depicted.

    Pet Portrait (See “shop” for shipping options): $60+

    Matching profile pictures (2 square portraits in the same style): $50 each
